Norway's largest online school for private candidates.
We started a collaboration to help ASK Privatist with their advertising on Meta.
They had varied experience with advertising on various channels. For example, Snapchat was an uncertain choice of channel. We had received a significant advertising budget in the company's second most important admission period of the year to get private candidates to choose ASK over other competitors.
The Process
We started the collaboration by conducting a thorough analysis of the ads that have been used up to now, and at the same time we read through forums and relevant websites to truly understand who we should advertise to. There were 3 meetings held between us and the client, where we asked good and concrete questions, which allowed us to gain a thorough understanding of how they want to present themselves on social media.
This understanding of both the company and its target audience is one of the most important things we can acquire through a collaboration. One of the challenges of working with an agency, we have gathered that the lack of understanding and insight is. Therefore, more people want to work with an in-house marketer - who often gets a lot of tasks.
We want to be the agency that finally understands our partners, and insight is highly necessary.
After the initial meetings were completed, we followed this process:
Testing of images used in the ads
Here we set up our new proposals against the existing ad variants
We then tested text for the ads, i.e. what is written above the image on e.g. Facebook.
