Birdieboss is an online golf store selling in the US. They always had quality products and strong repeat customers. The problem was profitable scaling to a larger audience, caused by three specific issues:

  1. A technically underperforming ad account
  2. No consistent content production for advertising
  3. Non-optimised offers and product pricing

Full Technical Rebuild

We immediately rebuilt the complete technical setup across both Meta and Google Ads accounts. On Meta we introduced Cost Caps and built out a complete sales funnel, top-of-funnel for interest generation and bottom-of-funnel remarketing for conversion. Over 50% of existing ads were turned off. The account was consolidated to 4 clean campaigns. On Google, focus shifted to Performance Max with segmentation of the winning product categories.

The Content Machine

We plugged our in-house content machine into the Birdieboss account. This machine, a creative strategist, video editor, and graphic designer, pumps out 10+ new ads every week. Each ad is built from deep analysis of the numbers behind previous winners. Every new concept is intentional, not guesswork.

New Pricing Engine

Together with the client we built a completely new pricing engine, a clear framework defining when and how to change product pricing and active offers on the site. No more guessing. Hard, data-driven decisions only. This alone improved margin on every sale.
