Fulfillment policy


1. Refund Policy


Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to Curve are final and non-refundable. Once work has commenced on an ad campaign or content creation, refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us at hei@curve.no to discuss potential resolutions.


2. Delivery Policy


Service Fulfillment

• Once payment is processed, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps for onboarding.

• Paid ad management and content creation services are delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon strategy and timeline, which will be communicated during onboarding.

• Ads will be launched and managed based on the schedule outlined in our service agreement.


Delivery Timelines

• Ad campaign management typically begins within 3 business days after the initial onboarding process is completed.

• Content creation timelines vary based on project scope, with estimated delivery ranging from 7-10 business days.


3. Return Policy


Since our services are digital and customized for each client, returns are not applicable. If there are concerns regarding campaign performance, we offer performance reviews and optimizations to ensure the best results.


4. Cancellation Policy


Monthly Retainer Services

• Clients on a monthly retainer may cancel their services by providing at least 90 days’ written notice.


One-Time Projects

• One-time projects, such as ad account audits or standalone content creation, cannot be canceled once work has started.
